In this 2 week intensive, we move beyond the asana to an exploration of the first two (of eight) limbs of yoga – the Yamas (conduct towards others or social discipline) and Niyamas (conduct towards oneself or individual discipline).
You will learn the importance of these philosophies in your approach to your yin/yang yoga practice and understand how they can be applied on and off the mat.
